Lazy Sunday afternoon

Actually, it's Saturday and Lj is chilling at a cafe, reading and having a cuppa, and deep in thoughts. Maybe he's thinking what to write on his Christmas list and not to mention his birthday prezzies.

Happy Chappy Lj

Lj is now 9 months olds. ママ and パパ are very proud of you. So let's look back at some of the great moments with Lj when he was 0-6 months old. Enjoy ;-)

Too-da-loo

Not exactly. But Lj's being potty trained and by the look on his face, he actually finds it rather pleasing.

Oh, no! Lj loves watching telly

Thanks to パパ’s nifty hands. He was able to fix the telly. However, in effect, Lj was thrilled but transfixed at watching it. So パパ has decided to limit Lj's telly-time that is commensurate with his age. Which means 8 months equals to 8 minutes of telly-time a day. Not that he listens anyway.

At his most happiest

Lj loves to be with パパ and when he found out that パパ was gonna teach him how to drive, he was over the moon. Not bad for 8 months old, huh? And what a smile! This is by far my favourite.

Tripp Trapp…

It wasn’t love at first sight but Lj finally got used to loving his chair. It’s the award winning Tripp Trapp by Stokke. It’s a fully adjustable high chair in which your child can use till they reach adulthood. Unless they break it apart. But it’s pretty sturdy and well-designed, hence what the award is for. I can’t really nag at it too much coz I absolutely love it. I want one for myself. The toy is from Sassy.

But It looks like Lj is not too keen on it. I think, he prefers books.

It's my preppy hairstyle. One day, I want to go at Eton College and study Law.

Colic?

We're not too sure what's wrong with Lj at night. He seems to cry a lil different lately. Stronger and a bit dificult to soothe him down. We hope he gets better soon.

Mama dako!

You can't leave Lj alone. When you put him down, he'll cry. So he's at his happiest with Mama. Even when Mama is busy painting at our new house, he's gotta be held on the sling.

Books, books, books

I simply love books! And if I get bored, I can always take a bite at it.

Once bitten, twice shy

Those pesky mosquitoes seem to love sucking on poor Lj. He's got bites everywhere today. パパ promises to swat every single one of them. No mercy!

Just Lj

It's almost impossible to capture moments with Lj at his most precious. He always seems to fill my heart with joy and love. By the way he touches or looks at you is simply out of this world. I'm just so lucky and proud to be his パパ. Well done Lj. You're doing really well!

Tough Day

With the transition of moving to another place, Lj found it a lil too much today. He couldn't take a nap properly. Plus, the new pad had no power till the afternoon. Therefore no air con or fan. So he was restless and パパ had to carry him most of the times. Anyway, he's fine now. Fast asleep and dreaming about hmmm... Yummy!

Lj was a lil too excited today that's why he lost his sense of balance. Peek-a-boo assures viewers no babies nor cuddly toys were harm during filming.

I like books. And when ママ　and パパ　are knackered, I usual sneak to the bedroom and read it on my own.

Lj, a Country boy?

If you dig deep, you’ll soon realize that nemo was, in fact, a country boy. Although he has spent more than half of his life in the city, it came unexpected that he has a natural liking of fields, woods and pipes. In fact, anything green. No wonder Lj too, likes the countryside. Lj's latest fave tune knocked down Ponyo to number 2 spot. And funnily enough, the tune connotes the country. And to nemo’s surprise, it’s one of his unlikely favourites. So, you’re listening to Peek-a-boo radio. And here it is "Take Me Home, Country Road", by Olivia Newton-John. Groovy!

Wonderful Lj

Lj, the bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun baby, is so round now. Like a ball. But it’s just puppy fat. He’ll get back into shape when he’s 5 years old.

I'm fine, thank you. Couldn't be better. But パパ　has a backache today. いたい！Oh, well...

First word?

We went for a stroll today. It was a fine day even it was a tad bit humid. I was capped to repel the UV-rays and to avoid being sunburnt of course, and vested, as you do, to chill and cool down a lil. Also, I said "daa da!" for the first time but パパ hasn't officially heard it. Don't tell him I told you. Hee hee...

Not a Heavyweight yet - but...

With his seemingly cheeky look, Lj isn't just firm but he's also heavy. パパ now struggles carrying him. Where's our pram ママ?

SNAP! - I’m six months old from today

Blessed with a sweet smile and blissfully spirited, Lj cannot stop being himself, a happy-go-lucky boy with a headache-free mind. He makes everything look like child’s play. Well, he is a child after all. パパ now has certified Lj as a top-notch superlative chatterbox as he cannot stop cooing and gurgling. Will it be "Papa" or "Mama" his first word or "Pizza"? But for now, happy six-month old Lj!

Where do we come from? What are we? Where are we going?

Although I over-napped, I still had a really good time with パパ on Papa’s Day. On Saturday, we went shopping in Sakae, Nagoya. And on Sunday, we went to Nagoya Boston Museum of Fine Arts to see Gauguin. In fact, I slept most of the time in the PsLing because I wanted to be close to him. Aahh...

Feeling, hot, hot, hot... じめじめ！

It’s certainly getting hotter and Lj has been dressing down less and less lately. Apart from his favourite delf-vest, he likes to also unwind once in a while and be completely peeled. Not that he mind that is.
